Students of Year 6 participated in an enlightening registration time session focusing on the awareness of diabetes, types of diabetes and eating a varied and balanced diet. The session enlightened the students on how people can live with Diabetes Type 1 and plan healthy food menu for diabetic patients. Key take away from the morning session was that maintaining good health is essential for our emotional, psychological and social well-being. The session concluded with an activity for students to prepare a diet plan or menu for a day for diabetic patients or to create a snack menu for the school canteen for diabetic students to assess their understanding of the topics discussed.
The Year-6 sports day proved to be a triumphant occasion, skilfully orchestrated by the Winchester Physical Education department. Students were engaged in a variety of activities that extended beyond traditional sports. The inclusion of unconventional challenges not only added an element of surprise but also catered to a range of interests and abilities, ensuring that every participant felt a sense of belonging and accomplishment. Year 6 students were ecstatic to take part in the events like 100-meter race, Sack race, shooting the target, Hurdle race, Obstacle race and Relay race etc. What truly elevated the experience was the active involvement of parents who graced the event with their presence. The cheers and encouragement from the side-lines created an electric atmosphere, motivating the young athletes to push their limits. It was more than a day of games; it was a celebration of community, a demonstration of teamwork, and a canvas for the vibrant tapestry of personal and social growth.

The flag day serves as an occasion to celebrate the UAE's national identity and heritage, emphasizing the significance of the national flag as a symbol of the country's unity and aspirations.
