However, the impact of social anxiety is profound, affecting various aspects of life and diminishing overall well-being. In response, students from year 6D organized a class assembly to emphasize the importance of overcoming this condition and the supportive role of friendly relationships. Through a skit, they underscored the value of moral principles and public speaking skills. They also introduced a supernatural character to convey the message that it's acceptable not to feel okay sometimes. The assembly concluded with a song reinforcing this message. Healthy eating during adolescence is important as body changes during this time affect an individual’s nutritional and dietary needs. Students of Year 6 attended an online session on ‘Nutrition in adolescence’ led by Dr.Yousra The session highlighted the advantages and benefits of healthy lifestyle, healthy diet and physical activity during adolescence. It educated our students that eating healthy food accompanied by regular exercise is essential in maintaining physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Dysfunction within the water cycle poses a significant barrier to progress across various global challenges, spanning health, education, industry, disaster management, and peacekeeping. With the commitment made in 2015 to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 as part of the 2030 Agenda, the world pledged to ensure universal access to safe water and sanitation by 2030. As part of their activities, students crafted posters outlining diverse strategies for conserving water in their daily lives.
